48 hours for Essential, Plus, and Complete. 24 hours for Household and Ultra. If we miss it, it's free.

Not happy with how something came back? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will rewash it at no charge.

If we verify that Fresh! damaged an item, we will buy a replacement for you.

Rewash and damage concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement exclusions and full guarantee terms apply.
