    Check your ZIP, add your address, and create your account in a couple of minutes.

  • Step 2: Pick the plan that fits best

    Essential, Plus, or Complete - a flat weekly price with no per-pound surprises. Commit monthly and save. Want more hands-on help? Household is our concierge family plan you can sign up for online, and Ultra is our top-tier concierge service set up by phone with our team.

  • Step 3: Pick your pickup window

    Choose a day and a one-hour window that works for you. Weekly subscribers get the same slot every week if they want it.

  • Step 4: Tell us how you like it

    Wash temperature, soap, and scent are saved to your account. Flag individual pieces that should air dry or need stain treatment.

  • Step 5: We wash and fold locally

    Your load is washed by our own team - never mixed with anyone else's - and folded the way you asked.

  • Step 6: Back at your door

    Track every stage from your phone and get a notification when your clean laundry is on the way back.
