Official Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase, a payment, or the $20 reservation deposit does not increase your chances of winning and is not required to enter or to win. A purchase or payment will not improve your odds in any way.

Anyone who meets the eligibility requirements below may enter free of charge by completing the giveaway sign-up form on tryfreshlaundry.com during the stated giveaway or reservation period for that campaign. The form asks for your name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code so we can confirm eligibility and contact you if you win.

Entries must be received before the closing date and time shown on the giveaway. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

No purchase, payment, subscription, plan tier, or plan upgrade increases the number of entries a person receives or improves their odds of winning. This applies equally to any transaction with Fresh! Laundry, regardless of amount or plan tier.

Entries are earned solely through the free entry method described in Section 2 and the referral bonus described in Section 6. A paying customer and a free entrant have exactly the same odds of winning any given giveaway.

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the State of Utah who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and contractors of Fresh! Laundry, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to win.

Limit one entry per person per giveaway, plus any bonus entries earned under the referral section below. Entries are not transferable.

One or more winners (the exact number will be stated on the specific giveaway campaign) will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The random drawing will take place after the giveaway closes, and all drawings are final.

Winners will be notified using the contact information provided on the entry form. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the first notification attempt, or does not meet the eligibility requirements, that prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.

After entering, an entrant receives a personal referral link that they may share with others. If a person who entered through an entrant's referral link is selected as a winner, the referring entrant also receives a prize.

This referral bonus is never contingent on the referred person making a payment or purchase of any kind. It applies only when the referred person entered through the free entry method described above.

Referral links may not be shared through spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, paid placement, automated tools, or any other deceptive method. Doing so may result in disqualification.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

The prize for each giveaway is described on that specific giveaway campaign. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit unless the specific campaign states otherwise. Prizes are not transferable, and no substitution is permitted except by us, in which case we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

All federal, state, and local taxes on a prize, and any other costs not expressly described as included, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

We may disqualify any entry or entrant we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, duplicated, automated, submitted using false information, or otherwise in violation of these rules or applicable law.

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a giveaway, or these rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor outside our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the promotion. If a giveaway is canceled, we may select winners at random from all eligible entries received before the cancellation.

Information you submit with your entry is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use it to confirm eligibility, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, contact winners, and, where you have not opted out, tell you about Fresh! services.

The sponsor of each giveaway is Fresh! Laundry, tryfreshlaundry.com, a Utah-based laundry pickup and delivery business.

These rules and any dispute arising out of a giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. This promotion is a sweepstakes, not a lottery: no consideration is required to enter or win.

These Official Giveaway Rules apply to all giveaway campaigns run on tryfreshlaundry.com unless a specific campaign expressly states otherwise. Where a specific campaign states different dates, prize details, winner counts, or eligibility, those campaign-specific details control and the rest of these rules still apply.
