How much laundry fits in a bag?

Accepted Answer

A standard Fresh! bag holds about one full load of laundry. If you find that you regularly need more than your plan includes, we can bring you an extra bag to make sure you have the space you need.

Can I choose my detergent and wash temperature?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick your wash temperature, soap, including a hypoallergenic option, and whether you want a scented or fragrance-free finish. We follow it every time.

What about items that can't go in the dryer?

If you have a specific item you don't want in the dryer, you can add a note on your preferences that you want it air-dried, and we'll hang it instead of tumbling it.

Can you treat stains?

If I change my preferences, does it affect an order already in progress?

No. Preference changes apply to future orders only; anything already scheduled or picked up keeps the instructions it was created with.

What's the pickup schedule?

We don't have set routes or pickup schedules; you can order a pickup any day of the week. Tuesday one week, Saturday the next. We can accommodate you and your laundry.

How fast is turnaround?

We have a 48-hour guaranteed turnaround (If you don't have your laundry back within 48 hours, it's free). You'll see an estimated delivery time on your order as soon as it's picked up, and you can request a delivery window when you schedule.

Yes, you can edit or cancel an order any time before it's picked up, right from your dashboard.

Do I need to be home?

No. Leave your bag in the spot you describe in your access notes, and we'll grab it. You'll get a notification at every stage.

How does billing work?

Weekly plans are charged every 7 days from the day you sign up, whether or not you schedule a pickup that week. Monthly commitments bill on a monthly cycle from the day you sign up, and annual plans are billed once a year, upfront, from the day you sign up.

Is there a discount for committing monthly or annually?

Yes. Monthly and annual commitments are priced against a 52-week year, so you save a percentage compared to paying weekly all year - the exact savings are shown on every plan.

Can I pause or cancel?

Weekly plans can be canceled right away, and our team can skip a week for you. Annual and monthly commitments end at the close of the current billing period.

What are extra charges?

Pricing is all-inclusive — detergent, stain treatment, pickup and delivery are all built into your plan price, with nothing extra to think about. Additional charges are the exception, not the rule, and only apply in specific situations: requesting more bags than your plan covers for the week, or repeated missed pickups where a bag wasn't left out for us. When they do come up, they're itemized on your next invoice, so your billing page always shows exactly what you're paying for and why.

What are the differences between the plans?

Essential, Plus, and Complete are our standard plans. The main difference is how many bags you can request each week. You can pay weekly or commit monthly/annually; monthly pricing is based on a 52-week year, so you save compared to paying every week. Household and Ultra are separate concierge plans with priority scheduling, a dedicated liaison, and hand-finished care. They are billed monthly or annually only.
